Let me notify you a little about the sense that I see when I look around while sitting on the bench in the yard drinking a delicious tea. When I look right in front, I see this beautiful mountain in the distance, where I can see little misty clouds here and there, a million shades of green - from light green to the darkest green, and silvery water streams flowing from places. Here there are two Wood Cabanas, can accommodate 2 persons in each and two Cottages up to 4 persons. All of these buildings are located a distance from each other, so there is no issue with others' privacy. The rooms are full of daylight and proper ventilation and each has a private bathroom with hot water. Also, facilities have been provided to watch TV and enjoy a cup of tea at any time. And what should be specially mentioned is that all things are very clean, tidy and hygienic.
If we talk about food, can order both local and western food here. Without much comment, I can say that they are delicious. Here is a place where you can enjoy the taste of homemade local dishes. Also, sitting in front of the cottage in the cold morning and enjoying the English-style breakfast is another different sweet experience.
Havagala Eco Resort is located in a very convenient place to reach many attractive places in Sabaragamuwa. You can see 4 waterfalls such as Bambarakanda, Suratali, Lanka Falls and Pahanthudawa within a few kilometres.
You can easily go on hiking Havagala and Paraviangala from here. Samanalawewa reservoir is also nearby. Also, if you need a bike or a jeep to travel, you can easily get them arranged.
After a long day of hiking or travelling around, the private swimming pool built through a nice stream at the premises or the beautiful Belihull Oya, which is only a hundred meters away, will be the best place to dip in and relax!
